Then, our team will get to work canvassing the area, and presenting you with options, prior to a walk-through. After narrowing down the search, we’ll sit down and go over each home virtually, flying through aerials of the neighborhood,  and viewing high-resolution panoramas of each room. After narrowing down your selections, we schedule a walk-through at each home, in which you can walk through the home at your own pace. During each visit, we’ll capture photos and video of your favorite aspects,  and collect key information. These personalized photos and thoughts become custom “thought sheets” in our office, allowing you to remember your favorite parts of each home.  When you take each sheet home to consider, our office goes to work on your favorite choices, searching for comparable properties, and other homes which may meet your revised desires. When you’re ready to buy, our office will provide the contract, and will help arrange your inspection, attorney review, and closing procedure. Selling?

Today’s market requires the highest levels of competency, technology, and persistence. We take the time to understand the unique features and special value in each home. During our initial meeting, we’ll tour your home, take snapshots, and understand your timeline. Next, we’ll create a custom Broker’s Price Opinion to help you better understand our recommendation for the projected price. Once a listing agreement is signed, our team goes to work for you. We’ll provide suggestions on staging your home, a professional photographer to capture virtual tours and surreal panoramas, and begin creating listing materials. In addition to the MLS, our web team will create a custom home website, with virtual tours, narration, area information, and more. We’ll also advertise your home directly on the internet and send presentation materials to area brokers.  Tangent understands your privacy, and  will only show your home during time periods you dictate. Additionally,  EVERY showing will be performed by a Tangent Agent who has been specifically briefed on your home.  We do everything we can to ensure that your sale is as smooth and comfortable as possible!
