Boca East Estates is a collection of large estate style homes across the street from Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. The neighborhood features private streets, gated access, and is adjacent to Hillsboro El Rio Park. One of the most unique features of Boca East is that nearly half of the homes are courtyard style, with houses being built around the pool, instead of the pool being in the backyard. This style of home provides for a water view from nearly every room, and the ability to leave windows open, while maintaining privacy.

 Some of the homes in Boca East also have a private guest suite with direct access from the outside, and many have three car garages.  Nearly all homes in Boca East Estates have pools, and nearby El Rio Park has a full baseball diamond, soccer field, and plenty of space to run around.
